Don Bosco College, Bongaigaon is a Catholic educational institution run by the Salesians of Don Bosco (SDB) known popularly as Don Bosco fathers and brothers.

Don Bosco College, Bongaigaon is a Catholic educational institution and a Registered Society (Reg. No. CRG/261/D/57 of 2015-2016) run by the Salesians of Don Bosco (SDB) Known popularly as Don Bosco Fathers and Brothers. Don Bosco Educational & Social Service Society has its presence today in 132 countries of the world and has membership strength today of 15,298. The presence of Don Bosco institutions in Northeast India is approximately a century old. In the last several decades, these institutions have been rendering yeoman service in educational, technical and social sectors with a special emphasis on young people especially the poor and the disadvantaged. Today there is a university, several schools, colleges, technical institutions and other youth-centred activities run by the Don Bosco Society in India
The Don Bosco Society runs the Don Bosco Centre (Youth Services), Don Bosco Junior College (Classes XI and XII) and Don Bosco College (Degree and other programmes) at Chapaguri. The Don Bosco Junior College was the first step of the Don Bosco Society towards bringing Lower Assam and B.T.A.D on to the global map of Salesian Higher Education Institution and render quality service to the people of Assam and B.T.A.D. Subsequently, in the year 2019, the Don Bosco College, the first Degree College of the Don Bosco Society in Lower Assam, was started.
